    Virtual Therapy (Wisconsin)

For many people, meeting in person isn’t realistic — schedules are full, life is chaotic, or you simply need the flexibility. Telehealth is a solid, effective option, and I offer virtual sessions through a HIPAA‑secure platform.

As long as you have internet access, a private space, and a smartphone or computer, we can meet anywhere in Wisconsin. Once you schedule, I’ll send you a secure link for our 50–60 minute session.

I accept insurance through Headway as well as private pay.

    In Person Therapy (Oshkosh, WI)

I offer in‑person sessions in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in a space that feels different from a traditional clinic — an old building with worn floors, chippy paint, and a quiet that settles you the moment you step inside. It’s more like walking into a familiar, comforting place than an office.

Steady, private, and grounding, it’s a room you can return to each week and feel like the space itself supports the work.

Walk & Talk Therapy (Winnebago & Fond du Lac County)

For some people, sitting in a chair makes it harder to open up or think clearly. Walk & talk therapy brings movement, fresh air, and grounding into the process. After a virtual intake (to make sure it’s appropriate), we meet outdoors and walk at a comfortable pace while we talk through what’s going on.

I currently offer walk & talk sessions in three outdoor locations across Winnebago and Fond du Lac counties. These spaces are quiet, accessible, and ideal for therapy that feels more natural and less confined.

This isn’t a workout or a hike — it’s therapy, just with more room to breathe.
